Vista Patch for Prosolv Cardiovascular Lite (updated May 2010)

We aim to resolv the confusion by providing video instructions. These are available for download from this site or from YouTube.

Download  Apply Patch for VISTA or Win 7 video 

If your installation file does not contain this file - Please RIGHT CLICK this file and select Save As option to install it into the following directory of your computer C: Program Files  ProSolv CardioVascular    DICOM Viewer 3.0 (assuming you installed it to the default directory). But for some VISTA users, this is not allowed due to security restrictions. In this case save it to your Desktop first, and then use Windows Explorer to copy it to this above directory. 

Download  D3DRM.dll   

Some VISTA and Win 7 users will still see an error when they try to run the program. Again this is due to security issues in these versions of Windows. It is easily overcome by navigating to the program icon for Prosolv and then RIGHT click this icon. From the menu, select Run as Administrator in Win 7 or else Run As and select a profile with administrator privileges in VISTA.

Please note that from 1 May 2010, you need to ring the University of Melbourne Office for your validation codes on  +61 (3) 8344 5673 Please ensure that you have the Prosolv program still open when you ring.
