If you would like to submit a picture for consideration of publication on this web site, then please email a high quality picture in JPEG format to us as an attachment. In the subject line please include the text "picture of the week submission".

If we select your image, then we will require further contact details including an email address, and optional telephone and postal address. We would also like to include a portrait photo.
