Repair or Replace Valves or Patch Repair: Post Procedure or Post Stress Test

This screen, is particularly relevant to cardiac surgery (but not exclusively). There are sections for valve and vascular implantation is as well as valvular repairs. Please note that in order to enable the fields for editing, the relevant box must be entered (and then you may tab from this to enable the fields).

There are also miscellaneous fields pertinent to cardiac surgery or potentially other forms of post-stress assessment, including dynamic left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) obstruction, and systolic anterior motion of the mitral valve (SAM). Also, following valve implantation, the flow in the native coronary arteries can be formally documented as well as other miscellaneous data.
