Printing

There are a variety of reports available, but the most important reports are those related to printing the Standard Report and also the Post Procedure Report.  Both of these reports selected automatically depending on which study is currently selected within the system (displayed on the Toolbar).  That is, if you are entering a Standard Study, then this report will be printed automatically; however if you are editing a Post Procedure study, then the same report button or text menu or result in the Post Procedure report being printed instead.

Alternatively, the Print Report button will activate the same outcome or use the keyboard shortcut Alt + p.

However, it is important that the relevant printer be selected prior to the report being generated.  Where is the default printer for your local workstation is not to be used, then it is important that the Print Setup dialog is completed prior to printing the report.  This can be achieved by clicking the Print Setup button (above) or alternatively accessing it from the File Menu or the keyboard shortcut Alt + r.
