The final screen sets are
for your audit. Firstly, there is a Logbook function, which will allow you
to print out a list of the studies that you have done. Also this screen will
allow selection based on patient ID (UR) number, date of echocardiography,
Surname (Last name) of a patient or the name of an
operator.
You can search for an
individual patient or search by categories. For example, if you select operator, and select yourself from the
drop down box, all your echo studies will be listed when you hit the print button.
Also note, that the selection will search for studies where the operator was the assistant or secondary operator and therefore very useful for tracking training activity where the trainee may not be the primary operator.
