This screen will then appear
and the Date From: Field will have the current date automatically inserted.
To make your
selections:
Dates: Radio buttons
allow for shortcuts to date selection. Choose from Today, Yesterday, This week and This month to automatically
insert the relevant dates. However,
you may wish to choose alternative dates, and the two date fields can be
adjusted manually.
Additional
fields:
The additional fields
self-explanatory, and the selection may be made from the drop-down list. However, the Indication field has three separate
lists for each of the three localities listed above this field. These three locations include Outpatient
/ Inpatient, Intraoperative and Critical Care. Depending on the selection of these
three options in the radio button, the list will refresh in the Indication
field.
When complete, click the Advanced Search button or Alt + s, and echocardiography studies
and patients matching these criteria, will be displayed in the Toolbar.
Alternatively, to abort the search, click the Exit button.
If one particular patient is
to be selected (including all of their echocardiography studies), then click on
the Update Patient button to
restrict the results to this patient only
.
If there are no matching echocardiography studies to
your selection criteria, then an error
message will appear in advising you that there were no matches, and will
suggest alternative ways for searching or creating a new
patient.
