Echo Database Online Tutorial Click on the Staff File entry in the screens section
to allow you to add or modify staff
details.
Alternatively, you may right click the staff list box in the
screen and then choose Add / Edit or
press F12. This will then bring up
this same screen.
This screen is quite
complex. At the top of the screen
List is a drop-down list which includes all of the categories in Role. You can then restrict the list in the
FULLNAME list if you wish. The
default setting is that all categories are displayed.
To add a new operator click
the Add New Staff button or Alt + n,
then complete the fields as necessary and click OK or Alt + o. If a staff member is already present in
the system, then select them from the list FULLNAME, and click the Edit Current
Record button or Alt + u from the
keyboard. This will then enable the
fields and you should end by clicking OK.
You can cancel these entries
by clicking the Cancel button or Alt + c. You can also delete an operator from the
system by clicking the Delete button
or Alt + d.
