Add a new choice to the Reference Table

Please note that most of the fields in this database are NOT intended to be altered. That is because there is a comprehensive and internationally recognised list to be used.

However, some fields may not be comprehensive and may require additions. For example, the Indications field. This may be undertaken by right clicking the relevant list box and selecting Add / Edit or alternatively pressing F12.

Right click event to add new choice

A new screen will appear and a new choice may be entered into the top line. A more comprehensive description may be entered into the yellow text box on the right.

Reference Table edit screen

The list may then be ordered manually, or the tick box may be ticked to order by alphabetical order.

This choice may be disabled (prevented from being selected) or reinstated by clicking the relevant button.
