This is the basic layout for most of the remaining screens.

First, click on the radio buttons

 Radio buttons

The default if you do not select one is Not Seen. This is for medicolegal reasons, because if we default to normal, it would imply that you have examined the structure and found it to be normal.  The idea is that you only fill in the details if it is abnormal or prosthetic, and the relevant choices will be highlighted.

We recommend that you fill in the drop down boxes for stenosis and regurgitation severity as a minimum as they will appear in the summary table in the report.

If you click on the check boxes for stenosis or severity, the choices will be highlighted.

Added features:

1. There are continuity equation, regurgitant volume, Jet width/LVOT width  and P1/2 calculators built in. When you use these, the value will be entered into the fields and into the report.
